1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using EdgeBook ("Service"), operated by EdgeBook ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
EdgeBook is a trading journal application that allows users to track, analyze, and review their trading activities. The Service includes features such as trade logging, image uploads for chart screenshots, pattern recognition, strategy tracking, and data analysis tools.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of EdgeBook require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We may, at our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including trade data, images, notes, and other materials ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload such content. You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malicious code or harmful content
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EdgeBook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners. Any trading decisions you make are your sole responsibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDGEBOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EdgeBook and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may request deletion of your account at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EdgeBook operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
